- Conduct in-depth market research to unearth potential clients and untapped markets using cutting-edge lead-generation tools.
- Initiate outreach through calls, personalized emails, and social media to set appointments with prospects.
- Craft and implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads and bolster revenue.
- Qualify leads by gauging potential clients' needs, interests, and challenges.
- Utilize CRM management skills to keep precise records of lead interactions within the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing director to transition qualified leads and synchronize sales with marketing strategies.
- Engage in continuous sales training to sharpen skills and enhance industry knowledge.
- Achieve or surpass set targets for lead generation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with various teams to convert leads into successful sales, ensuring cohesive team efforts.
- Network at industry events, representing the company's brand and forging significant relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry shifts, market changes, and competitor movements to inform the team.
- Produce regular reports on sales activities, customer insights, and market trends to support strategic decisions.
- Adjust to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks with agility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 3-5 years experience in sales or related fields, showcasing a history of achievements.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal talents, capable of conveying intricate concepts succinctly.
- Preferably have a B2B sales background, especially within the mid-market segment.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Strong skills in tele-qualifying, prospecting, and overcoming objections.
- Organized and efficient in time management.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of IT, IT Consulting, or Cybersecurity sectors is a bonus.
- Proficiency with sales and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpot is beneficial.
- Flexibility in adapting to new priorities and managing several tasks concurrently.
